In 2017, Preetish Khatri — a mechanical engineer — ditched the conventional and parked a food truck in the mountains of Dharamshala with one mission: serve bold, authentic food with unorthodox twists. He called it Food Mechanics.
By 2020 it became a full dine-in restaurant. Today, Food Safari serves five cities across North India: Dharamshala, Chandigarh, Pathankot, Kangra and Palampur — and we're just getting started.
